About Us

Anybody facing the reality of a visit with a medical specialist knows the importance of selecting an office that truly cares about the needs of the patient and a specialist who is able to deliver first-class medical care. Our office is just such a place. We are dedicated to providing the most modern and expert medical care in a relaxed and pleasant environment. It becomes obvious the moment you walk through the door that our office is different. Refreshments are always available, the magazines are current and we cater to the special needs of children and chocoholics. Our entire program is designed to bring through your experience with a minimum of mental and physical discomforts.

When you call to schedule a consultation with the doctor a complete explanation of the process will be provided to you by the receptionist. A letter detailing the critical details of your planned consultation will then be mailed (or e-mailed) to you immediately. Dr. Pollak will be more than happy to speak to you personally when you first call or at any time during the course of your care.

Our office is physically open and our phones are personally answered everyday from 9:00am until 5:00pm. After hours don’t be surprised when the doctor answers the phone personally since the phones roll over into his cell phone when the staff goes home. You should feel free to call the office anytime - we are never too busy to listen to your problem and to provide whatever assistance is needed. Your good health is our mutual goal.
